First-year classes are foundational and held on a weekly basis. Each session is designed to cover essential topics that foster the growth of the Chaplain-in-training both in their relationship with Jesus Christ and in their understanding of the chaplaincy. Second-year classes occur bi-monthly and incorporate practical experience through internship hours. During this phase, students delve deeper into critical subjects, building on the knowledge acquired in the first year as they mature and apply their learning in practical settings. At the conclusion of the first two years, the student will receive an Associate's Degree in Chaplaincy.
Classes commence in January and conclude in December. There are four one-week breaks: Spring Break in March, Memorial Day week in May, the Fourth of July week, and Thanksgiving week in November. The classes are conducted in a successive manner. While students may take a break between academic years, additional breaks within a single year are not permitted. Class attendance is mandatory and available both in person in Phoenix, Arizona and online.
Third-year classes build essential counseling skills needed by the Chaplain in their every day life and ministry. Classes are held on a weekly basis. Each session is designed to cover topics that foster the growth of the Chaplain both in their own relationship with Jesus Christ and in their understanding of the needs of a Chaplain to counsel wisely, Biblically, and in agreement with the Holy Spirit. Fourth-year classes occur bi-monthly and incorporate practical counseling experience through internship hours. During this phase, students role play to develop skills, do research into important topics for counseling, and apply their learning in practical settings. At the conclusion of the third and fourth years, the student will receive an Baccalaureatte (Bachelor's) Degree in Chaplaincy.

This program is designed to be a comprehensive, start-to-finish curriculum. Students do not select individual classes or attend on a drop-in basis. Instead, they commence their studies in January alongside their cohort and progress through the prescribed sequence of classes. All students graduate together at the end of the year. While it is permissible to take a break between academic years, students who opt to take a break mid-year will be required to restart the program the following January.
